Sourced from estate vineyards in Treiso and Neviglie, this bottling rejects oak influence to champion the naked, unmasked purity of the grape.

Following manual harvest and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place with wild yeasts for 10-12 days in concrete vats with routine pump-overs to achieve delicate color and tannin extraction. Both malolactic conversion and natural winter settling occur exclusively within concrete before bottling. Unfettered by wood aromatics, "Solo Cemento" delivers a crisp, vibrant, and incredibly fragrant Nebbiolo driven by fruit purity and subtle spice.
