Automatic Shipping Rate Calculation

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on two main factors:

  • Delivery destination

The exact amount will be displayed before confirming payment, ensuring full transparency.

Free Shipping in Italy

For all orders shipped within Italy, we offer free delivery on purchases over €149.00 (VAT included).
For orders below this threshold, the rate will be calculated according to weight and delivery address.

International Shipping

We ship to several European and non-European countries.
Costs vary depending on the destination country and the order weight. Rates are automatically applied during checkout.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply.

Delivery Times

We’re not Amazon 😊 – every order is carefully prepared to ensure product quality and safety.
Orders will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days, unless prevented by force majeure.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is shipped and vary according to destination:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 4–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: variable, depending on distance and customs clearance

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
