The "Fonte Canale" by Tiberio is a legendary masterpiece of Italian viticulture and an international benchmark for pure, terroir-driven white wines. This cult label originates from a pristine, single-vineyard micro-plot of just 1.5 hectares in Cugnoli (Pescara). The beating heart of this wine lies in its ancient, historic vines, vines over 90 years old trained via the traditional Double Pergola Abruzzese canopy. These rare, near-century-old clones thrive on clay-limestone soils sitting above a deep sandy subsoil. Yielding a natural micro-lot of just 27 Hl/Ha, Fonte Canale delivers unprecedented mineral concentration and laser-sharp natural acidity.

In the cellar, Cristiana Tiberio implements an uncompromisingly strict protocol to protect the vineyard's monumental identity. Following a late September manual harvest, the free-run juice is captured through the gentlest method possible: no pressing whatsoever, utilizing strictly static natural runoff by gravity. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and malolactic fermentation is completely avoided to secure the wine's electric, high-voltage energy. The wine ages in steel before completing a crucial 18-month refinement in the bottle. Honoring its raw architecture, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
