Prefaced by Walt Whitman’s evocative verse celebrating the dandelion and spring's quiet awakening, this artisanal white strips away commercial artifice to deliver a vibrant, crisp, and deeply site-driven expression.

The winemaking protocol balances stainless steel precision with the ancient breath of clay: following primary fermentation in steel, the wine rests for about a year in amphora, followed by several months of bottle aging before release. This deliberate path yields a white that evolves with striking elegance, fusing delicate floral and fruit aromatics with a vibrant, mineral-driven, and sapid structural core built for effortless drinkability.
