The Roero Arneis by Stefano Occhetti stands as an artisanal, vertical, and remarkably refined white wine that beautifully embodies the contemporary, purist face of the Roero sands. An engineer by trade, Stefano chose to return to his roots in Monteu Roero to launch a boutique project centered around deep environmental respect and the championing of local varieties. This 100% Arneis is sourced from steep, dramatic hillsides characterized by fine, calcareous marine sands.

In the cellar, Stefano Occhetti applies a low-intervention, highly precise philosophy. Grapes are meticulously hand-harvested at peak maturity. Fermentation triggers naturally and takes place strictly in stainless steel tanks to safeguard the absolute clarity of the varietal profile. The wine is then aged on its fine lees (sur lie) for several months. Stefano deliberately shuns both oak contact and heavy filtration for this white, aiming to deliver a pure, razor-sharp, and deeply saline expression of Arneis.
