Playing with Fire 2 Rosé
The Champagne Rosé "Playing with Fire 2" stands out as a rare, bold, and highly artisanal micro-cuvée, crafted as an authentic expression of the Coteau de Bonneil terroir in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. True to the ethos of Playing with Fire, this label belongs to a series of unrepeated, certified organic, and strictly limited-edition releases designed to showcase Champagne's terroir diversity through a distinct, uncompromised stylistic lens.
This blended Rosé (Rosé d'assemblage) builds its backbone on 90% Meunier from Mont de Bonneil, offering generous, juicy red-fruit depth, seamlessly blended with 10% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine from the very same hill to weave structural grip, vivid color, and spicy intensity into the matrix. Farmed organically (Ecocert certified), the raw purity of the fruit takes center stage: following its tirage in July 2023 and bottle aging until disgorgement in April 2025, the wine receives Zero Dosage (Brut Nature). Issued in an exclusive release of just 1,000 numbered bottles.
