Unlike most sparkling wines that rely on the acidic freshness of an early harvest, this Traditional Method follows Beppe Colla's philosophy: seeking technological maturity. Crafted from a blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Nebbiolo—grapes whose DNA is rooted in the production of great aging reds—this wine possesses unparalleled physical presence and structure.

The artisanal care is absolute: after at least two years of aging on the lees, the disgorgement is topped up with the same wine, without the addition of any liqueur d'expédition.
