Langhe Chardonnay 2024
Grown at an altitude of approximately 500 meters on limestone-leaning soils with eastern exposure, this Chardonnay is crafted from 20-year-old vines. The winemaking process focuses on gentleness, utilizing soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following a partial malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in steel for about six months to preserve its vibrancy and varietal purity.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow hue. The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit accompanied by delicate hints of bread crust. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, harmonious, and versatile, supported by a crisp acidity that provides energy and carries through to a long, refreshing finish.
