The "Rapui" white wine by Fratelli Seghesio (a historic estate rooted in Monforte d'Alba) is a white wine of striking originality and bold personality, crafted from Manzoni Bianco (Incrocio Manzoni)—a celebrated crossing of Pinot Blanc and Rhine Riesling developed by Professor Luigi Manzoni. The name "Rapui," in the Piedmontese dialect, affectionately evokes the small, short, and stocky clusters produced by these vines. Sourced from the Castelletto hamlet, this white benefits from an unconventional North-facing exposition at 300 meters above sea level, preserving razor-sharp acidity.

The young, shallow soils feature a calcareous blend rich in silt, clay, and sand, imparting vibrant linear tension and striking minerality. Vinified with artisanal precision to safeguard the grape's natural structural verve and aromatic depth, Rapui emerges as a crisp, fruit-forward, and deeply refreshing white wine of remarkable persistence.
