Furore Bianco 2025
Furore Bianco is a tribute to the freshness and scents of the Mediterranean. A blend of Falanghina (60%) and Biancolella (40%), it originates from the famous coastal terraces of Furore, where vineyards are nestled between dolomitic rocks and the deep blue sea. Unlike its "older brother" Fiorduva, this wine focuses entirely on fragrance and approachability, showcasing the more agile and saline side of the Amalfi Coast.
The winemaking process takes place exclusively in stainless steel at controlled temperatures for about 20–30 days, followed by a 4-month aging period. This ensures the primary aromatic profile remains untouched: a pale straw-yellow color that leads into delicate notes of fruit and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is broad, balanced, and driven by a pleasant zesty acidity that supports its freshness, making it the ideal companion for seafood and sunny summer afternoons.
