The Monte Aribaldo is born in one of the most picturesque estates of Marchesi di Grésy, in the municipality of Treiso. The vineyards surround the historic Villa Giulia at an altitude of approximately 370 meters, where southern and western exposures guarantee perfect ripening. While Dolcetto is often considered a "simple" wine, the Marchesi di Grésy interpretation is a hymn to refinement: a fragrant, terroir-driven wine with impeccable balance.

To preserve the immediacy and vibrancy of the fruit, vinification takes place entirely in inert containers (concrete or steel), avoiding the use of oak. This allows the crisp freshness of the grapes to shine through in the glass, offering a sip that is simultaneously dry, harmonious, and extremely versatile.
