The "Boschi di Berri" is a truly unique wine: it is one of the world's very few remaining examples of a pre-phylloxera vineyard, having survived the plague that destroyed European vineyards in the late 19th century. These centenarian vines are ungrafted (original rootstock), preserved over time by the specific sandy soil composition and a unique microclimate in the municipality of La Morra.
