The Malvasia Istriana by Rado Kocjančič offers a pure, vibrant, and high-precision snapshot of Slovenian Istria's flagship white grape. Grown around the breezy hills of Šmarje and 100% hand-harvested, the fruit undergoes a gentle two-day skin maceration, triggering spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts while extracting essential varietal aromatics and texture.

The wine matures on its fine lees until spring, split between stainless steel tanks—to lock in crispness and fruit definition—and oak casks for added roundness and palate weight.
