Perched on East/South-East facing slopes, the ancient vines dig deep into mineral-rich clay-limestone soils, yielding Nebbiolo grapes of monumental concentration, tight structure, and profound depth.

In the cellar, the estate honors Domenico's legacy by harmonizing the raw power of Serralunga with flawless technical precision. Following a temperature-controlled skin-contact fermentation, the wine matures for 24 to 30 months using a tailored blend of French oak barriques and traditional large casks, followed by extended bottle aging before release.
