The Barbera d’Alba Vigna Cuculo is one of the most noble and authoritative expressions of the variety, born on the famous Bricco Boschis hill in Castiglione Falletto. Located within this legendary Barolo cru, the Vigna Cuculo plot benefits from a privileged position that grants the grapes a rare structure and nobility, moving beyond simpler interpretations to embrace a complexity worthy of the great Langhe reds.

Winemaking follows the purest Cavallotto tradition: fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a long submerged-cap maceration for 12–18 days. The wine then rests in Slavonian oak casks for 24–30 months, an exceptional aging period for a Barbera. The result is a profound wine, characterized by intense red fruit and floral aromas, supported by a solid structure and extraordinary aging potential.
