Crafted from 100% Nebbiolo hand-harvested in the esteemed San Stunet MGA, this bottling demonstrates the refined elegance characteristic of Treiso's high-elevation vineyards.

Cellar practices adhere strictly to classic Piedmontese traditions: after gentle pressing, native yeasts drive a 20-day temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete tanks. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an extended submerged-cap maceration (cappello sommerso), extracting subtle structural details and silky polyphenols. Following malolactic conversion, the wine matures for 14 to 16 months in oak casks before bottling, yielding an exceptionally elegant red with crunchy tannins and a lingering, memorable finish.
