Roero Rosso 2023
A pure expression of 100% Nebbiolo originating from the characteristic sandy soils of the Roero region, at altitudes between 280 and 330 meters. The combination of fine-grained soils and a meticulous hand-harvest between late September and early October grants this wine a rare elegance and a vibrant aromatic profile.
Grown using the Guyot system with a density of 4,800 vines per hectare, the Nebbiolo undergoes 6–8 days of maceration in stainless steel. The final balance is achieved through at least 6 months of aging in used small oak barrels, a choice that refines the tannins without masking the natural freshness of the fruit.
