The Valfaccenda Bianco is the purest and most visceral expression of Arneis according to Carolina and Luca. Produced in the heart of Canale, this wine comes from vineyards located between the MGA Loreto and Mompellini. Here, the steep, sandy hills of Roero demand hard work and dedication, with each section of the vineyard tended according to its vigor and specific exposure.

This white wine is unique because it is vinified using a "two-soul" method: the final wine is a blend of one part made from the fermentation of juice alone and another part from the whole-bunch fermentation (maceration) of the grapes. This technique, the proportions of which vary from year to year depending on the climate, gives the Arneis exceptional structure, depth, and aging potential. Bottled in late spring according to the natural cycles of the waning moon, Valfaccenda Bianco is a vibrant wine that shuns conformity.
