Roero Arneis 2025

The Roero Arneis by Vietti is a pure and refined expression of the Roero region's signature white grape. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards in Santo Stefano Roero, where 30-year-old vines thrive on limestone-clay soils. The winemaking process is designed to highlight fruit vibrancy: fermentation in stainless steel is carried out slowly at low temperatures to preserve fresh aromas and the wine's natural $CO_2$.

By avoiding malolactic fermentation and keeping the wine on its fine lees until bottling, Vietti produces a bright straw-yellow wine. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet of floral notes, citrus, and melon, enriched by delicate mineral undertones. On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied, displaying excellent balance and a crisp acidity that leads into a persistent and elegant finish.
