The Dolcetto d’Alba "Jole" is the Dellapiana family’s tribute to the most authentic tradition of the Langhe. Produced since the winery's very first harvest in 1974, this wine finds an expression of rare fragrance in the Treiso terroir. Rizzi’s style focuses entirely on fruit purity and freshness, creating a red designed for everyday conviviality that combines incredible drinkability with surprising aromatic complexity.

Vinified exclusively in stainless steel with a traditional 8-day maceration, "Jole" preserves its vibrant ruby color with violet reflections. The nose releases intense floral notes and intriguing spicy nuances, while the palate is agile, balanced, and refreshing. It is the quintessential "all-around" wine, perfect for pairing with traditional Piedmontese appetizers, pasta with meat sauce, cured meats, and fresh cheeses.
