The Barolo "Capalot" by Cristian Boffa comes to life from one of the most renowned Menzioni Geografica Aggiuntiva (MGA) in the municipality of La Morra. This historic subzone, famous for its steep slopes and exceptional sun exposure, yields Nebbiolo grapes of immense aromatic finesse. Cristian, a talented young artisanal winemaker, interprets this terroir with meticulous care and deep respect for Langhe traditions.

Cristian Boffa’s winemaking philosophy strikes a perfect balance between modern precision and classical rigor. In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum to allow the raw material to shine: long macerations on the skins extract a silky and well-defined tannic structure, while aging takes place in oak casks to guide the wine through a slow, precise evolution that preserves the clarity of the fruit.
