Barbaresco Nervo is the ultimate expression of grace and vertical tension. It originates from a heroic vineyard defined by steep slopes that, while demanding arduous manual labor, ensure perfect drainage and enviable solar radiation. Within this Treiso Cru, the lean, sandy "white marls" bestow upon the Nebbiolo an almost feminine elegance and superior aromatic finesse.

The winemaking follows Rizzi’s rigorous style: a fermentation of approximately one month and an aging process that combines 12 months in large oak casks with a crucial period in cement tanks. The result is a magnetic Barbaresco that dances on the nose with notes of raspberry, cinnamon, and fresh mint. On the palate, it is dense and mineral, characterized by a silky, linear tannic structure that makes it unforgettable for those who appreciate precision and freshness.
