The Alta Langa by Rizzi is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine of extreme precision, crafted to showcase the freshest and most vibrant side of the Treiso hills. Primarily a blend of Chardonnay (85%) with a touch of Pinot Nero (15%), this Pas Dosé (zero dosage) focuses entirely on verticality and purity. The vineyards, situated at altitudes up to 430 meters with cool exposures, ensure the sharp acidity essential for a high-caliber sparkling wine.

The production process is meticulous: after a soft pressing, the base wine ages for 8 months in stainless steel with constant bâtonnage, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle where it rests on its lees for at least 30 months. The result is a very fine and persistent perlage that carries clear aromas of grapefruit, white flowers, and nectarine.
