The Acquavite di Mele by Spirito Agricolo Ballarin stands as a pure, biodynamic spirit rooted in nearly a century of Piedmontese farming heritage. The estate’s history dates back to 1928 with grandfather Giovanni Ballarin, who planted both vineyards in La Morra and Monforte d'Alba alongside traditional fruit orchards. Driven by a holistic vision to complete the farm’s natural cycle, Gianni Ballarin trained as a Master Distiller in 2015. Today, together with his enologist daughter Cecilia, he manages 7 hectares under strict organic and Demeter-certified biodynamic practices.

Crafted by fermenting and distilling ancient heritage apple varieties grown on the estate, this eau de vie captures the raw essence of the fruit. Distillation is slow and artisanal, meticulously isolating the spirit's pure "heart" to ensure infinite longevity in the bottle. Embracing a true circular farm economy, the spent distillation remains are composted and returned to feed the orchard soil. Bottled free from added sugars or synthetic flavorings, it delivers a crystal-clear, high-definition, and deeply authentic tasting experience.
