The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC "Bricco Paris" by Agnelli Viassone is an authentic, artisanal, and vibrant showcase of traditional Piedmontese viticulture. First produced in the 2021 vintage, this bottling originates from old vines planted back in 1977 on the Bricco Paris hill. The vineyard's unique East-West dual exposure provides natural climate resilience, maintaining optimal balance during both hot and cool vintages.

Harvesting is done entirely by hand using small perforated crates to preserve fruit integrity. In the cellar, low-intervention principles prevail: wild-yeast spontaneous fermentation incorporates a substantial proportion of whole berries, accompanied by a gentle 6-day maceration in stainless steel. The wine then matures for 8 months in concrete tanks, safeguarding crunchy fruit expression, bright acidity, and classic varietal almond nuances.
