Alta Langa Seitremenda Extra Brut 2021

The name "Seitremenda" evokes character and personality, qualities found in this cuvée made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyards, located at 400 meters above sea level on limestone and sandy soils, benefit from significant temperature shifts that preserve the acidity and aromatic elegance required for a great sparkling wine.

Marco Capra’s philosophy is centered on patience: after the first fermentation and a 6-month rest on the lees, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, where it ages for a minimum of 36 months. This long refinement at a constant temperature in the winery’s cellars results in an extremely fine perlage and a structural complexity that places it at the peak of the Alta Langa appellation.
