Chenin Blanc of great character, coming from the famous Roche aux Moines cru in Savennières. Vinified without added sulfites, it expresses notes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs, with a pronounced minerality. On the palate it is tense, deep and persistent, with an elegant balance between freshness and structure. An authentic wine with a strong sense of place.
