Langhe Nebbiolo Gavarini 2025

The Langhe Nebbiolo Gavarini is the youngest and most lively expression of Elio Grasso's philosophy. Produced since 1987, this wine comes from vineyards located in the renowned Gavarini area of Monforte d'Alba, at an altitude of approximately 350–380 meters. The full southern exposure and medium-textured calcareous soil produce exceptionally balanced grapes, combining Nebbiolo's typical structure with immediate drinkability.

The winery's choice is to preserve the fruit's integrity as much as possible: vinification takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks, where the wine undergoes both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. With no aging in wood, the Gavarini retains a vibrant freshness and a crisp aromatic profile, offering an interpretation of Nebbiolo focused on fragrance and expressive purity.
