The Sainte-Anne cuvée is the manifesto of Chartogne-Taillet, one of the most esteemed and deeply rooted maisons in the village of Merfy, in the northern part of Champagne. This wine is not simply a blend, but a true sensory map: each plot in the village contributes part of its identity to give life to a cuvée that seeks to express the most authentic essence of the place.

The production philosophy led by Alexandre Chartogne categorically rejects any type of filtration so as not to alter the millimeter balance between the richness and the salinity of the wine. The skillful use of wood and controlled oxygenation allow the unique characteristics of the sandy-limestone soils of Merfy to express themselves to the fullest, delivering a vibrant, deep, and strongly distinctive Champagne.
