It is made from the noble Barolo wine, flavored with infusions of herbs and barks such as cinchona, rhubarb, gentian, coriander, cinnamon, and cloves, among others, making it a pleasant and fragrant aperitif as well as a restorative after-dinner drink. Its production is completed by a long aging process in small oak casks, which gives it remarkable harmony and elegance.
