Barolo Bussia Dardi Le Rose 2021
The Dardi Le Rose is not just a Barolo; it is a symphony of aromas that represents the pinnacle of classical Piedmontese tradition. The Dardi sub-zone, within the prestigious Bussia cru, is a legendary site: cited as early as 1880 in L. Fantini’s "Monograph on Viticulture and Oenology" and included in the Atlas of the Great Vineyards of Langa, this vineyard has always been considered one of the most qualified sites in the region.
Poderi Colla's production philosophy for this wine is strictly traditional. After a 12/15 day maceration at 30°C and malolactic fermentation completed before winter, the wine ages in oak barrels for a period between 24 and 28 months. The result is a "majestic" Barolo, where the power of the land blends with orchestral harmony, providing a complexity that evolves beautifully over time.
