Barolo Bricco Boschis 2019 MG

SKU: P1886S

The Barolo Bricco Boschis is the flagship wine of the Cavallotto family, a masterpiece of balance born in the beating heart of Castiglione Falletto. This Barolo is the fruit of the union of three historic vineyards located within the eponymous Cru: Colle Sud Ovest, Punta Marcello and San Giuseppe. It is a wine that perfectly embodies the winery's style: powerful, deep, but always guided by a tannic finesse that makes it enjoyable even at a young age.

The vinification follows the strictest tradition, with the use of natural yeasts and prolonged semi-submerged cap macerations (up to 30 days). Aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for over 3 years, a fundamental step to shape a complex and fragrant organoleptic profile. On the nose it releases intense and open aromas, while on the palate it reveals a masterful structure and an incredible aging capacity. Versatile at the table, it elegantly accompanies red meats, aged cheeses, and even bold pairings with chocolate.
