Campo della Pieve is a Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG that challenges preconceptions about Tuscan white wines, offering an interpretation of extraordinary density and longevity. Born from certified organic farming on vineyards located between 330 and 360 meters above sea level, this wine draws its strength from sandy and limestone soil, rich in rock fragments and marine fossils. It is this ancestral soil heritage that grants the wine the mineral savoriness that forms its backbone.

The production philosophy relies on patience: after a gentle whole-cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks, the wine ages for 18 months on the fine lees. This long rest allows the Vernaccia to shed its youthful edges and acquire an elegant, rigorous posture, transforming into a complex and textural white wine, with only 7,000 bottles produced annually.
