"Premier Nez" is the pure and powerful expression of Chenin Blanc according to Marie Thibault. After honing her craft while working at François Chidaine in Montlouis, Marie founded her own 3.5-hectare estate in 2011 in Azay-le-Rideau, a lesser-known but potential-rich area of the Touraine appellation. Her vineyard sits on a breezy slope marked by white clay and limestone, conditions that support certified organic viticulture and optimal grape ripening.

This wine is produced from 40-year-old vines and stands out for its dry and deeply mineral profile. It is a complex and structured white that reflects the strength and infectious energy of Marie—a producer who, despite not coming from a winemaking family, has built an estate of excellence through solid scientific foundations and tireless dedication.
