Marask Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2019

Màrask represents the qualitative peak of Corte Marconi, an Amarone that—starting from its name, which means "cherry" in the Cimbrian language—declares its unbreakable bond with the fruit and local history. Crafted from the classic blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, this wine is the result of an ancient ritual: the careful selection and slow appassimento (drying) of the grapes, a process that concentrates sugars, aromas, and structure.

Following a deep one-month maceration and stainless steel fermentation, Màrask embarks on an extraordinarily long maturation journey. It rests for 36 months in tonneaux, where it refines its complexity and polishes its tannins, followed by 12 months in stainless steel for blending and harmony. The process concludes with a final year of bottle aging. The result is an Amarone of rare intensity, blending power with a vibrant note of ripe cherry in an infinitely persistent sip.
