Le Oche 2024

"Le Oche" is one of the most renowned wines from Fattoria San Lorenzo, located in Montecarotto. This Verdicchio Marche IGT is the result of Natalino Crognaletti's vision, who manages the estate according to organic and biodynamic farming principles. The name itself evokes farm life and a respectful, symbiotic approach to the land.

The wine stands out for a production process that prioritizes patience: it never touches oak, instead aging for 12-15 months in concrete tanks on its own lees. This long refinement, followed by further resting in the bottle, results in a white wine of great character, capable of combining an enveloping softness with that typical mineral freshness that has made Verdicchio famous worldwide.
