Langhe Sauvignon 2025

The Langhe Sauvignon by Marchesi di Grésy is the result of a mosaic of vineyards located between Barbaresco (in the renowned Martinenga estate) and Treiso (Monte Aribaldo). This diversity of exposures—from South to North and West—and altitudes (ranging from 230 to 370 m a.s.l.) allows for a multi-faceted wine, where aromatic freshness marries a solid structure and mineral sapidity.

The vinification, carried out entirely in stainless steel with 4 months of aging on the lees, aims to preserve the pure varietal character of the grape. This is a Sauvignon that seeks balance rather than excess: a vibrant wine that surprises not only with its immediacy but also with an unexpected aging potential for a young white.
