Although labeled as "Langhe," this Freisa is Roero through and through. Compared to the more austere versions from across the Tanaro river, Giovanni Almondo’s interpretation remains faithful to the grape's original spirit: a light, lively wine, and a quintessential companion for joyful moments in the Piedmontese countryside. Its exceptional quality is rooted in its origin, sourced from historic 80-year-old vines.

To enhance the natural aromatic exuberance of the Freisa grape, the winery utilizes the carbonic maceration technique. This winemaking choice emphasizes floral and fruity notes, transforming the variety's typical rusticity into an irresistibly fragrant and immediate glass.
