Favorita tells the story of a journey: it is the Vermentino grape that, centuries ago, traveled from Liguria along the "Salt Road" to find a new home in the sandy soils of Roero. The Deltetto family interprets this variety through the "Servaj" label (meaning "wild" in Piedmontese dialect), a tribute to the untamed nature of the cliffs and dense forests surrounding the vineyards. This wine captures both the sunny soul of the grape and the distinct mineral character of the Piedmontese terroir.

Vinified entirely in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve its aromatic integrity, this Favorita displays a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose offers a vibrant burst of citrus and orange blossom, while the palate is defined by remarkable freshness and effortless drinkability. It is the perfect companion for social occasions: excellent as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with seafood appetizers, raw fish, and shellfish.
