Alongside the Grand Crus, Chablis Premier Cru represents the absolute pinnacle of the Chablis appellation pyramid. Domaine Verret crafts this exceptional cuvée from 5.5 hectares of historic vines, with an average age of 48 years, located in the commune of Beines. The Vau Renard and Le Verger parcels enjoy a privileged South/South-East exposure on stony soils, rich in the famous Kimmeridgian limestone mixed with clay.

HVE certified, the Domaine employs high-precision winemaking: following fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine undergoes a masterful aging process, with 30% in oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks. This balance preserves the crystalline and saline tension typical of Chablis Chardonnay while enriching the palate with an ample, silky structure and a noble complexity that ensures significant aging potential.
