Barolo Monvigliero 2021

Monvigliero is undoubtedly the most prestigious and celebrated Cru in the Verduno territory. It is a vineyard with legendary fame, considered one of the most important and representative sites in the entire Barolo area. Here, where the vines enjoy a southern exposure at 240 meters above sea level on Sant’Agata marl, a Barolo is born that embodies the very essence of the denomination: an austere wine of great depth, characterized by an aromatic complexity that evolves magnificently in the glass.

I Brè’s dedication is reflected in their expert aging process: after traditional fermentation in steel, the wine rests for 24 months in large Austrian oak barrels. This technical choice allows the natural power of the Nebbiolo to be tamed, allowing velvety tannins and structural elegance to emerge, making this Barolo a cornerstone for any collection.
