The Bogliona is not simply a wine; it is a monument to Barbera. Produced from a historic vineyard planted in 1970 in Acqui Terme, this wine is born from clay soils rich in magnesium, which give the grapes unparalleled mineral complexity and structure. The vinification is an act of respect for tradition: it takes place in 54-hectoliter wooden vats, with a prolonged 18-day maceration, followed by an aging process of 32 months in French Allier oak barrels.
