Barbera d’Alba Superiore "Priorà" is the result of a masterful blend of two great terroirs. The grapes are sourced from the Rocche dell’Olmo and Semolino vineyards in Verduno and the renowned Gramolere vineyard in Monforte d’Alba. This combination allows for a perfect marriage between the freshness and aromatic elegance of Verduno’s limestone-silt soils and the structure and density characteristic of Monforte’s hills.

With vines averaging 35 years of age, "Priorà" expresses profound complexity. After fermentation at controlled temperatures to extract rich color and body, the wine ages for 12–14 months in a mix of 500-liter French oak puncheons and larger Slavonian oak casks. This process imparts a silky texture and spicy notes that integrate beautifully with the grape's natural acidity, resulting in a complete and age-worthy expression of Barbera.
