Baimara Valpolicella Classico 2024

Baimara is the most immediate, vibrant, and sincere expression of Corte Marconi. Its name, which in the ancient Cimbrian language means "fruit of the vine," highlights its core identity: a wine that focuses on the quality of the indigenous Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes. It represents the essence of Valpolicella Classica, where drinkability and varietal aromas are not influenced by wood but rather enhanced in their natural brilliance.

To preserve aromatic integrity, the harvest is performed by hand in small 15kg crates, and the grapes are processed on the very same day. The decision to carry out both vinification and aging exclusively in stainless steel allows the wine to retain the crisp freshness of red fruit and the mineral savoriness typical of the Marano hills. It is a convivial, dynamic wine, deeply rooted in its terroir.
