Arbois Poulsard 2023

The Poulsard (or Ploussard) is the grape that best embodies the grace of the Jura: a red with the soul of a rosé, enchanting with its chromatic transparency and aromatic vivacity. Château de Verreux interprets this variety with an almost artisanal delicacy, focusing on clean viticulture and a winemaking process that favors infusion over forced extraction.

In the vineyard, the work is dedicated to the absolute respect of biodiversity: no chemicals, only plowing under the rows and cover cropping. In the cellar, the choice to age exclusively in stainless steel allows the fragrance of the fruit to be preserved, offering a wine that is a pure expression of freshness, light, and terroir.
